The G22 Plus COM EVO offers the perfect solution to those wanting to climb steep technical waterfall ice and mixed terrain, and cut the weight. Semi-ridged with 12 points, the 2 front points are vertical and hot forged. The hot forged points help dampen vibration andĀ also penetrate hard waterfall ice easier. The two sets of secondary front points also have a more aggressive shape than standard alpine crampons.
The Cramp - o - matic binding offers the firmest connection between boot and crampon, and also has low bulk at the front of the boot for precise foot placement.

Updates from the previous model of G22 now include replaceable and configurable front points as well as a reconfigured mid foot section for better traction.Ā
